Our company's technical support engineers have a bad attitude and are mutually recommended;
No one answered the service call;
During the working hours, the phone is not answered at the specified time;
The problem is delayed and cannot be resolved.
For related complaints, we will have an independent department to deal with and follow up. After the investigation is clear, the complained technical engineer or department will be dealt with accordingly and give you a reply. You can make a complaint through the following channels:
